Ingredients
150 g smooth peanut butter
60 g sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
250 g roast chicken, torn
30 g sultanas
100 g Green Giant Fresh Crunchy Quick Celery Sticks, finely chopped
4 tortilla wraps
4 leave Green Giant Fresh Crisp and Light Cosmo Lettuce, finely chopped
Method

1    Whisk together the peanut butter, chilli sauce and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add the chicken, sultanas and chopped celery. Toss to combine. 

2    Lay one of the wraps on a work surface and add one quarter of the chopped lettuce. Spoon over one quarter of the chicken mixture, then roll up the wrap to secure. Repeat with the remaining wraps and filling.
