Seeing as our Easy Food offices are based in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, we’re delighted to hear that there is a new, very special dining experience just down the road from us at The Delgany Inn, under the new management of Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded restaurateur Paul Foley and Chef Brian Walsh.

Heralding a new chapter in the Delgany Inn, The Pigeon House Café is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an eclectic menu for what promises to be exciting dining experience. Chef Brian Walsh brings with him his Michelin Bib Gourmand Award and is sticking to his philosophy of using high quality, local produce to create the dishes for his menus. Brian’s passion for premium quality and taste is apparent in his creative and award winning dishes.

Brian said, “I hope I have created a menu that brings new flavours and tastes to breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are influences from world dishes and using the best local and Irish produce, I think it’s an out of the ordinary menu. It’s different; we want to make dining at the Pigeon House Café really enjoyable.”

Renowned restaurateur Paul Foley has a vision for The Pigeon House Café which is to bring their distinctive dining experience to customers at a reasonable price. “We have devised a clever menu for The Pigeon House Café that allows us to deliver both exceptional quality and value. Brian and I wanted to create something new and exciting that is signature for The Pigeon House Café whilst keeping to our ethos of quality food provenance.”

Unveiling a fresh look, The Pigeon House Café and the Delgany Inn has undergone a refurbishment with dark wood, warm leather and glowing light bulbs suspended from the ceiling making for a mellow atmosphere to complement the easy dining experience.

In addition to the new café, the culinary duo plan to create a range of artisan food products under The Pigeon House Café brand name. With plans to include a range of freshly made soups, salads, terrines, cooked meats, homemade pies and sweet treats to the ready to go range, all of which will be available to purchase in the Delgany Grocer, the artisan delicatessen on the ground floor of the Delgany Inn.
