Whether you’re a whiskey know-it-all, or a whiskey newbie, join ELY BAR & GRILL on Friday, March 16th at 7.45pm for The Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Tasting hosted by Peter Dunne – whiskey expert of Mitchell and Son, Ireland’s oldest wine and spirit merchant.
On the night, whiskey lovers and those who’d like to learn a little more about whiskey will enjoy a guided tasting of four multi-award winning whiskeys led by whiskey expert Peter Dunne. Peter has chosen Green Spot Single Pot Still, Yellow Spot 12 Year Old, Green Spot Chateau Leoville-Barton and Green Spot Chateau Montelena – an exciting selection sure to delight even the most seasoned whiskey drinker!
Each whiskey will be accompanied by a selection of canapés prepared by Chef Ryan Stringer, including organic meats from the family farm in the Burren with each canapé complementing the diverse flavours in the whiskies from vanilla to nuttiness, chocolate and dried fruit.
